Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. On the nose, subtle oak savouriness, nuances of liquorice and cassis, black cherry notes, candied orange zest and a touch of nougat. Tightly woven and complex with ripe plum, firm tannins, mineral notes and good freshness. Good length with sweet fruit on the finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
