Pale yellow green, silver reflections, very fine, persistent mousse. Fine white tropical fruit with fresh cookie in the background, a touch of apple, backed with candied tangerine zest. Taut, fresh white apple, finesse-rich acidity, tightly woven and lively, salty lemon finish, great as an aperitif as well as a food companion. (Deg. 3/23).
