Tasting from 23.11.2012

Medium yellow-green. Yellow apple fruit underlaid with delicate herbal spice, a hint of orange zest. Powerful body, medium complexity, delicate caramel, somewhat melting texture, dominant alcohol on the finish, less would have been more here.
