Tasting Notes
Ethereal cherry fruit, some wood, hints of mint with Assam pepper and fennel pollen. Broad and generous initially on the palate with mellow tannins which build on the palate, becoming more prominent and are increasingly mineral-flanked as the palate progresses yet are not demanding or overpowering, but relatively subtle. A very textured, mineral finish.
