A cereal, animal and very dense spiciness emerges from the glass, accompanied by freshly ground coffee, iodine and fine vegetal notes. Lean and juicy on the palate, high elegance and precision, finely extracted and very well integrated tannins, the present spiciness lingers for a long time.
