Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle bright rim. On the nose there is a fine oak spiciness, with a hint of black cherry, and toasty aromas and toffee in the background. It is powerful, with a lovely spiciness, ripe wild berry confit, plum, round supporting tannins, and elegance and persistence. It is a juicy food wine, already developed, with good further ageing potential.
