Tasting from 06.12.2024: Peter Moser

Pale yellow green, silver reflections. A hint of blood oranges, yellow apple, a hint of orange zest, subtle herbal savouriness of lemon balm. Medium complexity, white stone fruit, fresh acid structure, subtle tannin. A salty finish, some blossom honey in the aftertaste, individualistic varietal approach.
