Tasting Notes
Piquant nose of hazelnut and a herbal savouriness, supporting lime and pear. On the palate there's a lot of power and spice and a fine acidity, echoing the lime notes of the nose. Subtle smoke, pear and melon also emerges, making for a complex flow that has plenty of power but also elegance. Nice length, and great with food.
