Green aromas such as green bell pepper, nettle and gooseberry are more prominent on the nose, with elderflower complementing the restrained fruit profile. This aroma is also present on the palate, green kiwi and gooseberry, juicy and rounded off with a dash of sweetness. A pleasantly approachable Sauvignon Blanc with a fine spiciness.
