The rosé wine Abenheimer Blauer Muskateller Rosé, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Klosterhof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points.
Delicate salmon pink, the aroma is not extremely floral, rather grapey, grape sugar. On the palate the wine is semi-dry, the acidity is rather restrained, but for a light rose it has relatively strong phenolics, the spiciness of the Muscat genes is evident in the finish.
