Medium yellow-green in colour. Initially somewhat reserved on the nose, with fine blossom honey, delicate yellow fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, and some mineral undertones. The palate is juicy, with a fine extract sweetness of yellow fruit. It's still very embryonic, with a subtle honeyed touch to the finish and some dark minerality on the aftertaste. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
