Bright yellow, silver reflections. Delicate marshmallow paste on the nose, a hint of rose oil, a touch of lychee and some peach. Juicy and elegant with silky texture, fine fruit sweetness, mineral, well balanced with a hint of banana on the finish. Already showing some development, but has certain ageing potential.
