Light yellow-green with silver reflections. An inviting bouquet with aromas of passion fruit and peach, a hint of quince, supported by a herbal savouriness, candied orange zest and a touch of minerality. In the mouth it is juicy and tight with good complexity and a tight-knit, intricate structure, with yellow fruit redolent of Golden Delicious and a salty, fruit-rich finish. Very good ageing potential.
