This has a light yellow green colour, silver reflections. There is a delicate yellow apple fruit aroma, a hint of ripe tropical fruit, and some blood orange zest. It is juicy, with some minerality, an integrated acidity structure, persistence, and some stone fruit on the finish. It is a unique food wine.
