Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. A delicate herbal savouriness, fine yellow tropical fruit - mango and pineapple in particular - and a hint of tangerines on the nose, as well as a a mineral touch. The palate is complex, showing fine apple and mango alongside a balanced, elegant acidity. A subtle fruit sweetness shows on the finish, as well as a fine savouriness. Certain ageing potential.
