Tasting Notes
Very fresh, clear bouquet with notes of lime blossom, elderflower, pear, mandarin and apple. Delicate on the palate, juicy and with a beautiful acidity. Tangerine again here, along with apricot and dried exotic fruit. Straightforward Chasselas with a slightly tart finish.
