Tasting Notes

86
Tasting from 22.10.2010

Pale golden yellow, not quite clear. Ripe white tropical fruit, some ring lime, delicate lychee, individual bouquet, delicate herbal spice, somewhat yeasty and lactic. Medium complexity, creamy, but also somewhat washed out, delicate banana, fresh structure, somewhat sweet and sour on the finish, lemony aftertaste, not very precise varietal character. Rustic overall impression.
