Tasting Notes
Bright copper colour, with gold reflections. Rather restrained on the nose, with a discreet herbal savouriness, nuances of ripe pear and cucumber, and with hints of spices such as cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Powerful, white stone fruit, a discreet acidity, with a powerful finish, and a touch of minerality. It is a substantial food wine.
