Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. Hints of nougat and liquorice, black berry fruit, mineral touch. Complex, juicy, clear acidity, nuances of elderberries, mineral-lemon finish, individualistic aromas, a fresh food companion.
