Medium green yellow in colour. Rich tropical fruit notes, gentle sweetness, delicate blossom honey, very attractive bouquet, underlaid with vineyard peach. Very elegant, fine texture, tightly woven and very persistent, nuances of bell pepper confit, very fruity, yet very light-footed, mineral, salty and multi-faceted on the finish. It is already very harmonious, and offers a multi-layered drinking experience.
