Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby purple with brightening core. Ripe strawberry scent on the nose, animalistic notes of wet leather, cedar, light liquorice in the finish. Juicy on the palate, with wild strawberries and ripe cherry, nice interplay between acidity and fine-grained tannin. Balanced until the finish with persistent red fruits.
