Deep dark ruby, opaque core, with purple reflections, some brightening on the rim. Subtle savoury herbs, ripe plums, blackberry confit, candied orange zest. Juicy, ripe cherries, fine tannins, a subtle fruit sweetness, a lively acidity, with a mineral touch, long lasting, a versatile food companion.
