Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Aromas of yellow tropical fruit, hints of passion fruit and blossom honey, a floral note of hibiscus. Complex, juicy and very fruity, with ripe yellow tropical fruit and a sweet core. Almost Riesling-like in style, already very approachable.
More about the tastingMedium green-yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of fresh meadow herbs, white apple, a hint of orange zest, and a touch of minerality. The palate is juicy and powerful with fine fruit expression, yellow stone fruit, subtle acidity and a dark minerality, with tobacco on the finish, will benefit from ageing.
