Tasting Notes
Bright, medium greenish yellow. Fine orange zest underlying some papaya, a hint of honeydew melon, and delicate aromas of meadow herbs. Juicy and elegant with a soft minerality, the wine has a good taut acid structure with yellow stone fruit on the finish and a fruity aftertaste. Already drinking well, it will benefit from bottle ageing.
