Deep ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a broader lightening at the rim. Dark berry jam underpinned by subtle herbal notes, delicate hints of dried fruit, a touch of nougat, and a hint of licorice and orange in the background. Juicy, with good complexity; sweet heart cherry fruit; well-integrated tannins; a hint of chocolate on the finish; a multifaceted wine that’s already very drinkable and pairs well with food.
