Clear, medium yellow in colour. Fine white flowers, peach and tangerine on the nose, with some mineral notes too. The playful fruit continues on the palate with a splash of lime juice and ripe apple. The lively acidity creates a stimulating balance and medium structure. Very nice aperitif.
