Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Cream-coloured / light pastel pink reflections. Quite an open nose with notes of pear drop and ripe wild strawberries. Well balanced in the mouth, lively acidity, balancing sweetness, good extract for the vintage, a hint of carbonation gives freshness. Compact finish.
