Medium yellow-green. Rather restrained on the nose, delicate grapefruit notes, delicate apple fruit. Fine botrytis spice on the palate, delicate hints of wax and honey, lingers well, ripe yellow fruit on the finish. Delicate hints of quince in the aftertaste.
