Tasting from 01.09.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A very clear, nuanced fruit, pepper and nettle meets kiwi and red gooseberry. Some yellow fruit, Mirabelle plum. On the palate it shows carbonic acid, fresh and fine-nerved, juicy acidity, a balanced and at the same time pithy wine with good drinking animation.
