Tasting from 01.12.2013

Deep, dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a delicate lightening at the rim. Ripe dark berry jam underpinned by a subtle hint of spice, with delicate, leafy notes. Medium complexity, delicate notes of blackberries and cassis, fine tannins, fresh structure, and a subtle sweetness from the extract on the finish.
