Sparkling, deep ruby-violet. Very intense on the nose, with aromas of ripe blackberries and a hint of wild raspberries, with subtle earthy notes in the background. Shows plenty of juicy fruit on the palate; hearty, unfolding with firm tannins, building to a full-bodied structure, and dense on the finish.
