Tasting Notes
Rich, bright straw yellow. A clean and very appealing nose, with seductive aromas of ripe pineapple, mirabelle plums, and banana, with a hint of flint in the background. On the palate, it is unctuous and dense, building nicely, with plenty of sweet fruit, followed by salty and mineral notes on the finish.
