Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Intense, varietal aromas, ripe gooseberry, cassis, mango and some pumpernickel: savoury. The palate is also engagingly intense, with a slightly carbonated acidity that goes hand in hand with the fruity residual sweetness. Spicy with allspice and nutmeg, blackcurrant and fine zing in the finish.
