Tasting from 19.02.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Notes of almond, large wooden barrel, subtle varietal aroma, accompanied by herbs and spices. A nuanced, tidy aroma. Creamy foundation, full and soft, mild acidity, very fine tannins, soft and warm on the palate, almost broad and ponderous on the finish. Blindly, you would definitely not appreciate this wine from Mosel.
