Pale greenish yellow. On the nose, notes of damp straw with tobacco undertones, ripe pear fruit, hay flowers, influenced by the terroir. Fresh on the palate, elegant structure, medium body, fine citrus touch, appears extremely light-footed, very well-balanced, sticks well, spicy finish, good length, finely spicy aftertaste, good ageing potential.
