Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Delicate salmon pink colour. Aroma of red fruits, raspberry, wild strawberry, some cherry, a hint of mace. Subtle mousse on the palate, well-balanced acidity, followed by delicate sweetness, again red fruit with cherry and raspberry, uncomplicated pleasure for the terrace.
