Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections. Fine white orchard fruit, with hints of fresh pear, some apple, floral nuances, and candied tangerine zest. It is taut and closely knit, with a silky texture, delicate mango, and fine structure, as well as a saline touch on the finish. Elegant, and at the same time piquant, it is a very precise expression of the variety, almost bone-dry in execution.
