Tasting from 09.02.2024: Peter Moser

Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately savoury, a hint of aniseed, white apple, delicate tobacco nuances, multi-faceted bouquet. Medium-bodied, taut, fine fruit, lively structure, close-knit minerality, lingers, appears light-footed, makes you want a second glass.
