Light yellow green colour, silver reflections. Inviting bouquet of passion fruit and fresh herbs, a hint of quince, delicate notes of blossom honey, dark minerality. Juicy, good complexity, tightly woven, white tropical fruits on the finish, salty finish, lingers very long, a multi-layered food wine with certain ageing potential.
