Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Elderberry on the nose with black cherry and blackberry, fresh fruit and some yeast. On the palate again with fresh fruit, fine-grained, grippy tannins and great drinking flow, not too complicated, but with verve and fruit-driven charm. Direct in its effect.
