Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, some blossom honey, a multi-faceted bouquet, very inviting. Full-bodied, elegant palate with yellow peach, finesse-rich acidity, embedded minerality and delicate fruit extraction. Silky and fine, it lingers very well. A delicate food companion with definite ageing potential, it should ideally be allowed to mature for a few more years.
