Complex aroma: somewhat citrusy, also medlar, Cape physalis and damp lime. Well condensed on the palate, lean and juicy at the start with a slight freshness of carbonic acid, then generous and wide-ranging in the middle of the palate. Chiseled and rich at the same time.
