Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Medium lemon yellow in colour. Deep aroma of sweet raspberry, strawberry, also cherry and peach. Quite smooth on the palate with plenty of texture, fruit expression and roundness, ripe raspberry, honey and peach supporting the harmonious mouthfeel. The vivacious acidity and subtle savouriness in the background strengthen the profile.
