Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow. Ripe yellow tropical fruit aromas, delicate grapefruit zest, smoky minerality, attractive bouquet. Juicy, opulent body, creamy texture, carried by a finesse-rich acid structure and a present minerality, already well balanced, very good persistence, a versatile food companion, fine extract sweetness in the aftertaste.
