On the nose, aromas of a Lemberger with an almost Burgundian finesse, herbal savouriness, menthol, thyme and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine has a certain breadth, with intense fine-grained tannins, yet not in over-concentrated quantities, mineral elements and an elegant finish, rounded off by a touch of wood.
