Light salmon pink colour, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate flavours of fresh cherries, a hint of dark forest berries, and orange zest in the background. Medium body, fine herbal savouriness, subtle fruit sweetness, some caramel on the finish, versatile. (Lot 25/01).
