The red wine »Arthos« Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Metzger has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Sweet almond, distinct new wood and herbal notes. Juicy attack, grippy tannins in suitably extracted quantities, lots of juiciness and elegance on the palate, present acid nerve, lots of tension and yet also elegant lightness without weakness.
