On the nose, ripe aromas, a touch of caramel and wood savouriness, a good measure of pear, yellow plum and nutty notes with hints of light tobacco. Juicy with a nice savouriness on the palate, a softness but with some grip in the structure, ripe acidity, stony notes, harmonious balance between fullness and liveliness.
