The red wine Free Solo, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Michael Opitz has been rated in 2015 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Zweigelt, Roesler from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Strong ruby garnet, violet reflexes, broad rim brightening. Fine dark berry fruit, nuances of heart cherries, delicate hints of herbs and nougat, some figs underneath. Juicy, good extract-sweet texture, fine, integrated tannins, ripe wild berries on the finish, fruity aftertaste, already easy to drink.
