Very light salmon pink colour with golden reflections. Delicate nuances of yellow apple, red forest berry confit in the background, tangerine zest in the echo. Lean, with fresh acidity, white stone fruits, lemony touch, mineral, an easy-drinking summer wine, a finesse-rich aperitif.
